Well, consider yourself a lucky, priviliged man. I need one of these things. Sometimes they're around, from £ 60 (it doesn't work!) to $ 40.000 (John Lennon's own, as seen as Shea Stadium, on sale at an auction). Ahhhhhhh!!!!!! Really, how hard is it to fabricate the original with modern safety BS? If someone doesn't make one soon, I'm sure a few of us serious Vox lovers could come to a common site and start delegating research topics. The first would be oscillators. If a tube can be manufactured again then there is nothing difficult about dusting off some old drawings and going to work. The problem though, is a true combonaut cherishes owning an original. I'd trade mine for a REAL new 1 if a kid got 1 2
