  • I' m one of the fastest kids in the state of Oregon. I' m doing very well in school i have a 3.6 GPA. I have a 6 pack and rock hard abs, rock hard legs, and rock hard back.

  • I like to do weightlifting, i do lower body, and upper body. I go the gym for 2 hours. When lift weights i get way more stronger, and way more ripped. When i get on the treadmill and practice my 100 meter dash i get way faster. I like to get stronger, and faster.

  • I go to the gym 5 times a week. To get way more stronger, and way more faster. I can bench a 70 pound barbell. I can run 17 miles per hour. That shows you that I'm way stronger and way faster. When i go to the gym i get way better at basketball. then after that i go to lift weights, and get on the treadmill.

  • It's Romen. I' m 12 years old now. I' m way faster, way more stronger, and more bigger then 3 years ago. I' m making a gotta get stronger 2 video in june. I' ll keep you posted.

  • Pt.3

Core Hangs: and then you want to basically do crunches while hanging. Note: try not to swing your legs when doing this you want your core to do all the work.

Dumbell Flys: You were doing very great with those, but again slow controlled movements because you want to get the most out of the excercise.

Your doing great just keep it up. You should also eat lots of protein filled meals until you are old enough to take protein. So just keep it up and keep getting stronger!

  • Pt. 2

Bicep Curls: Slow controlled movement when doing the motion for your biceps. This allows you to fully stretch and strengthen your bicep.

Crunches/Sit-ups: When doing these you want to always keep your back arched which I can see you doing so that's good. Otherwise continue woth the slow controlled movements so you can feel more of the burn.

Core Hangs: That thing you were doing hanging and working your core samething keep your legs together and then bend them at a 90 degree angle

    Pt 2

  • With all due respect because you deffiantly deserve it, but here are some pointers when doing some of these excercises:

Dips: I noticed that your legs were flipping and flopping everywhere, you want to try and keep them togethor and bent in a 90 degreee angle.

Pushups: Keep your back straight and make sure you can get to a 90 degree angle or lower.

Bicep Curls: You were swinging your arms and your back you want to try and avoid that. Stand against a wall if your having trouble with that.

    Pt1

  • there have actually been updated proven scientific studies that show young children can benefit from weight training at an early age. it is no longer as dangerous as once thought with proper form, a slow build up routine and a watchful eye in case of emergency. the only problem is the parents and coaches themselves do not learn proper techniques themselves and then the kids never learn it right either thats the really dangerous part.

  • you are so weird roman

  • Keep it up little guy!
