The riff is repeated with the pedal set to 2 semitones down (Drop C)
The riff is repeated again with the pedal set to 3 semitones down (Drop B)
The fourth riff is played with the pedal set to 4 semitones down (Drop Bb)
The fifth riff is played with the pedal set to 5 semitones down (Drop A)

After that there is just some playing at different random pitches.
