The Get Better Box or Memory Box

I explain how to make a get better box or memory box (same thing), what to put in it and when you should use it. It is a nice cheap / inexpensive thing to do for yourself in preperation for those bad days where you feel ill, down or upset.
I think it is a fantastic idea and I hope you guys like it to. Feel free to make one and do a VR of what you put in your box. I will try and come up with other things that you guys might like to.
