So after watching both sides (and assuming they were both telling their versions of the truth) I have to say I believe Greg... Sepsis has to be treated immediately and IS a blood infection, not something that can simply spread to the blood. Greg may have messed her up but lying about a fatal disease is not acceptable. Sorry Shiloh but I have no respect for you and for what you did I hope your music career ends up dead.
