no, there is no X-ray. The sensation we have when we use Augmented Reality to evaluate superficial veins is "x-ray" vision...

The technique is called CLaCS (Cryo-Laser & Cryo-Sclerotherapy). Cryo is the gray tube. It is blowing up to -20C air to numb the skin. The handpiece is a transdermal laser. 1064nm long pulse 6mm spotsize laser. Harmony - Almalasers.

I work for the company that makes these. The utmost care is taken when constructing these. On my first day they showed me this in it's prototype stages. So simple to use and the technology behind it is amazing.

It is really amazing. Great ideas that now seems obvious.
Better diagnostics leads to better outcome.
Our patients are loving the results achieved by the VeinViewer mapping.
Many patients that we indicated phlebectomy and didn't do the procedure are returning and re are treating them now with CLaCS guided by the VeinViewer.
