  • If you're a Breton with the Atronach stone and you wear heavy armor you don't need Alteration. Just craft a good set of legendary armor and you can easily reach the armor cap of 567. As for magic all you need to do is pop on Dragonskin (with Atronach) and you'll have great defense against spells and not a single point invested in Alteration.

Also, Ebony Armor is glitched as the Matching Set perk does not effect it. Hopefully Bethesda fixes that.

  • I really like your style of commentary, very impressed!

  • @Spartanem78 That's the same way I play, Archery and being an Assassin kind of go hand in hand. I assumed from your previous statement you were trying to go the more up close and personal type of Assassin. All I'm saying is that the shield aspect of the warrior doesn't benefit the Assassin in any way. It's a waste of perks that could be put to something more suitable. If you're an assassin you're wearing light armor for faster movement, not to stand in front of someone blocking with your shield.

  • @samuraikatana1 well i play as a long range assassin to take out the weakest or the mages, but now that you say that i think im more of an archer than an assassin but most of the time when im in dungeons or caves im sneaking with my bow.

  • @Spartanem78 I guess that would be a Rogue. But honestly that type of build doesn't make a lot of sense. The goal of being an assassin is to take down the enemy before they have a chance to attack you. Where would the warrior be beneficial there? Rather than going into a sword&shield warrior, go into dual wielding. That doesn't deviate from the assassin character, yet can still make you a threat face to face.

  • @Spartanem78 In terms of Oblivion classes, I'd say either an Agent, a Bard (Not the sing-song types) or a Rogue.

  • im a mixture of warrior and assassin, anyone have any idea what they are called?

  • In my opinion the battlemage guide here must be for advanced players just saying XD

  • @bertkerstens Not frost since most enemies in Skyrim are frost resistant.

  • for enchanting purposes i say add Soul Stealer combine that with dawnstar chest=unlimited supplies of gems & raising enchanting in the process

  • @KRterrorKR123 No problem.

  • @OblivionZealot Damn, thanks
