I was actually meant to do my own version of Independence Day - End of all Hope, but for some reason I did this instead. This is my first video meant for YouTube. The others weren't. And it's also my first work with Windows Movie Maker, so be nice or I will eat your babies.

To clarify things. The main jets shown on the movie are not F-15s or F-14s. They are F/A-18 hornets and they are both ground attack and air-to-air jets. in some parts of the movie, we can see F-15s, F-16, F-14 and even AV-8 Harriers but they are in a more distant plane. The missile choices are very weird. they seem to fire air-to-air missiles (AMRAAMs and Sidewinders) towards the ship, which would only scratch it, instead of firing mavericks or anti-ship missiles, or dropping high power bombs

To be honest with you, I think the music fits very well with the movie, but sort of feels like it wants the end of humanity like how the aliens want it. Good video, but I think there could be a song that could help the viewer predict a fightback.

@mrTsalverda300 Indeed. I created this video once I saw a different one to the song 'The End of All Hope' by Nightwish to this movie, and the video mainly centered on the dogfights. In this, I wanted to convey the sense of destruction the aliens caused. You should look for the End of All Hope video to ID4, it's very good, but you won't find it on youtube anymore.

why they only used f14 to attack a huge ship i will never know... i would have strike groups of f16's, f14's on air to air, and a10 warhawks on the assault of the ship itself... at the end of the movie... nice vid by the way. this is my favorite benjamin song, and it worked well with good synking and over all well fit song... 5 stars.
