    I have a cardio question..... Would jumping jacks be considered cardio and if so how many would have to be done to fulfill the cardio portion of the workout routine?

  • To UWOULDKNOWME and MRSKATIETHEIS...

    Basically each exercise has to be done 8 times (reps) to complete a set, as follows: 8 Squat (Missing from video) 8 Single Leg Lunge 8 Wall Pushup 8 Bicep Curl (Missing from video) 8 Tricep Extension 8 Shoulder Raise 8 Standing Crunch 8 Deadlift

    Once you have completed one set, you can repeat it once or twice more times.

    This is what I got from reading her blog and reviewing the video!

  • Okay so I know this video is old but I really hope you check in on this cause I have a question. How many times would you suggest someone to do this circuit? 3 times maybe? TY for your time and videos, can't wait to workout with you more

  • ANYBODY RESPOND TO ME PLEASE! So are you supposed to do each workout once and then go all the way to the beggining and then do them all again and then go to the beggining etc and do that 8 times? Or do the first excersize 8 times then do the next again 8 times etc....I'm confused.
