  • Is there a video on the scowl using this martha stewart knit

  • @yking05 Hi there; there is not specifically a video for the cowl, but we do have videos on how to get started working on the round loom set-up, as well as videos on how to knit and purl in single-knitting (which are the techniques you'd use). You can also type "loom knit cowl" into the search box at LionBrand [dot] com for patterns & directions. Hope that helps!

  • What yarn do I use. I am making a scarf and trying with thin yarn? In the directionos it says simply soft medium. I don't know the weight of the yarn I am using.

  • @mypiggy8 Without knowing what pattern you're referring to, it's hard for us to know what yarn you need to use. However, you can shoot us an email at support [at] lionbrand [dot] com, letting us know what pattern you're using and where it came from, and we'd be happy to answer your questions. Hope that helps!

  • Love those toys!!

  • @Tanyableu They are free loom knitting patterns on our website, LionBrand [dot] com. Just use the search box on our website and type in "loom toy" to find the patterns.

  • @mypiggy8 you can use bulky yarn which is what i use so you can have a thick scarf

  • @mypiggy8 if u use worsted weight yarn, its best to use 2 strands. I find that using just one strand was too thin...

and 2 strands was just right :)

  • @MsLeona1976 It's already available at LionBrand [dot] com (you can use the direct link in the description under the video) and in some craft stores/chains. It will be more widely available in stores later this fall.

  • I love that everything is in one kit. Will have to look for it.:)
