This is how to solve a problem many have when they run programs through the command line in Windows. The command line says 'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Or for ruby: 'ruby' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. This is how to solve this problem in Windows 2003. I'm not smart in computers or anything, I just found this solution and had to figure out how to do it in 2003 in particular because that's what I run. :P
