@anythingnew I live in Jersey, lived in and born in Queens in the 1980's and when I was in Philly I could flash jewels and didn't have to worry about nobody sticken me. NYC back in the 80's and 90's you would get your head cut off. Rember NYC back then had over 2000 murders in a single year. Philly is corny and will never be that bad, philly is the corniest in the Northeast its country like the south a whiteboy's city. Camden NJ makes philly look like paradise.
