Was getting back into Chris Pennie again and thought I would throw up some examples of linear drumming. Essentially linear drumming is the idea that you don't ever have to repeat and any kind of meter change goes and it progresses forward and doesn't come back. Granted these are more chaotic examples of linear drumming, even still enjoy. And yes, that crash cymbal is very broken.

  • good drumming but this isn't linear drumming. linear is when no 2 limbs/drums are striking at the same time.

  • @ksawaia your right. i made this a long time ago without understanding what it really was i was just in a chris pennie mood. might try to upload a real linear drumming video soon.
