i like getting the glyph that returns mana when u get a killed blow with SW:D, really good for lvling, farming and dailies

If i were to instead gem int haste would that be ok? because ive realized that haste is almost as important as int because ive never had mana isues and the spell power i guess is nice but would it be a dps increase to gem int haste
