SofTutor Instructor's Help - Problems Setting Screen Resolution

This video came from our technical support group to address and resolve a problem for a specific user. With the softutor learning system site license your organization can use softutor for collaboration or help desk features as well as general learning. Help desk personnel could make a video to address one problem and everyone could reference it if they had similar problems.

These tips also work for screencasts on youtube as using too large of a screen can make the videos you upload look distorted. Although in youtubes case you probably want to match the resolution someone will use when they play back your video or double the size of the resolution also works too.
