I would like this guy, but.. PvP Spec, if you're going hemorrhage, go down to Hemo then start on combat, not all the way to Shadowstep.

The names a pun, mate, and not sure which top teams you're looking at. Adren Rush/Prep was nerfed into the floor, 20/0/41 has been the top PvP spec for the entire last season save a few ambitious mutilate folks.

Woah dude.. as if being sub doesnt gimp your DPS enough your not even hit capped? ouch mate.. I never raid below 316 hit - I understand your specd to imp your other melee's dmg but dont let yourself be gimped over it! Get up to 316 hit *at least* and then even though you are Sub.. your DPS will go heckah up.

As sub once you're over 9% theres no reason to stack above that. Unlike combat w/ combat potency theres no synergy bonus on your talents for hit rating. W/ 15% agi you'll be wanting to stack Agi gems in all red/Blue and hit/agi in yellow to keep your socket bonuses.

we had this fight on farm for a while, but then 2.4 came out while we were working on Illidan or Council, and it broke all our addons. We actually oneshotted this dude without anyone in the raid having Omen. It was boss as hell

One quick thing... the "insignificance" debuff IS resistable. So be sure to check that you have it before going all out.
