  • The bases are attraced to eachouther via hydrogen bonds between A and T or G and C. in double strands, but if you are indicating how a Chain of DNA neculotides are put together they are either done by and enzyme called DNA ligase or simply by DNA polymerase

  • how are the base pairs put together to make dna strands, i know about viral chemicals that cut DNA at select base pairs but how are they put together, im guessing you put the A,T,G,C base pairs in seperate test tubes and drop and heat cool the process to cause molecular pairing of the strands, do you guys use xray diffraction to see the DNA at all? interesting stuff!
