G32 Reliability Test-FTF Issue Resolved, Hopefully

NOTE: This gun is completely stock with the exception of XS Big Dot Sights and a bicycle inner tube slip on grip.

I am considering this firearm. Does the 32 still come with the # 2 magazines? Is Glock aware of this? The Gen 4s 32 hit the market soon. Thanks for the video.

@DiabeticOnBoard not quite sure about what is coming with them now. i know that glock started fixing the magazines shortly after this video was posted and others were having similar problems several years ago. just so you know the gen4 g32s are already on the market, you just need to find one. good luck.

Did you "drop the magazine" by any chance this includes dropping the weapon while that particular mag was in it or dropping a fully loaded mag on the ground? Reason being is that I had the same exact issue - Failure to Feed - from a clip in one of my Springfield weapons because I had dropped the magazine. There was a "slight dent" barely noticeable at the "head" (top) of the magazine. So here's the deal, technically you can get it repaired, but you're better discarding it..

@mytube18301 no chance they were dropped any harder than during a normal mag change. glock magazines are not known to damage easily.

Hi, Quick question. I bought the glock 32 recently(new) and it came with the most recently designed magazine, im wondering where(if possible) can i get a magazine of the previous design as my current one jams for every 2 to 4 shots fired.

@62beansgoon sorry I don't. I bought mine from cdnninvestments when they were trying to clear out some old stock and got lucky. if you find any "LE" marked magazines they will be the good ones.

I want to thank you for making this video. This is exactly the issue that I have experienced with my G32 (purchased in 2010). I'll just add my own experience as another data point in confirmation of your theory. My FTFs occur with less frequency than you showed, but it's not good enough for carry. The rounds obviously nosedive and sometimes setback too (bad stuff). Appears they get caught between the follower and the lip on the right side really low. Just need a flatter follower I'm betting

I had a problem with a Glock 29SF w/ FTF. Gun went back to Glock 5 times. Finally Glock gave me a new gun.Same problem.

I found out the problem was the double spring recoil spring . You need to lube that double spring on the guide rod.Once I did that , solved the problem with FTF completely!

No FTF at all!

@jbarbaresi I notice the change in magazines a couple years back when I decided to buy spare magazines for my G31. The original and spare were labeled "2", when I bought the 3 extra spares, I notice they threw in 1 infiltrator labeled "1" that is a bit different in the fact that the follower in the magazines, where the bullet sits on is sort of backwards from the number "2" originals I had. IMO, these mags and dual recoil springs had led me to stay away from all 4th gens, for a while at least.

hey i got a glock 32 and all my mags are the number 2 followers and i had a few ftf issues like you have but it was mainly in the break in period i got about 800 rounds fire in it and maybe about 7 ftf out of those 800 rounds i just took it to the range a few days ago and out another 200 rounds in it not one problem what so ever so i think maybe the mags need to be broken in some to just like the gun i love my glock 32 i carry it everyday

I have a 32 I use as my carry. It came with 2 mags with the number 2 follower and no steel cutout. I've put 1200- 1300 rounds through it and the only ftf I had was with some steel case ammo. Happened maybe 3 times in one box. I love the gun. I hope the magazine issue some have gets worked out.

Great review! Obviously a mag issue. Thanks for your review. I'm sure Glock will make it right for all users. Have you contacted them? Did they send you replacement mags? I understand their customer support is fantastic.
