The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy. The Tibetans claim that these exercises activate the seven key chakras that in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system. Performing the Five Rites stimulates essential life energy circulation of the body and mind.
