Afterlife - Avenged Sevenfold Expert+ Full Band Guitar Hero 5

Hey guys! Pretty tired and I have to wake up and run and mow lawns and exercise and go job hunting and make love to beautiful women several years older than me! Yay me. Well anyway, they released A7X and I'm not really the biggest fan (I only really like Afterlife and Bat Country (kthx RB and SR2)), but for Guitar Hero, this is a really good pack. I mean really good. If you're into this stuff that is.

DarrenSanch(ez) was super kind enough to lend me his profile so I could download the songs on his profile (thus exploiting the system teehee) so I could play them and he could also! For the price of one! And also he let me download the Vines pack! However, Dougmaniac41 already had a full band schebam going on so I just said fuck it. Two minute songs? nokthx

In exchange for this, he only asked that I let him play guitar on Afterlife and I was like, meh, he should just do the whole pack, he's wayyy better than me, I mean, if he plays on Hyperspeed 5 and I only play on Hyperspeed 2, then obviously he is the better gamer!!

Kingsy did fucking great as a pretty good return to his Expert+ glory and whatnot, look at the shit he nails! He's fucking awesome too, sticking through this. He sold all his GH games for the drumset but man, it's pretty worth it. Maybe having a million different SKU's per year isn't such a bad thing. It adds up pretty quickly.

and also Wattershed is fucking beast, look at him and those fucking vocal EXPERT scores! With the exception of fucking uhhhh Almost Easy (and to a certain extent, Afterlife because of a elison fail or something, he was fc'ing that shit to the end), all of these were our sightreads! Except Kingsy's but still, you have to give him credit, expert fucking plus.

And well I was bass. It was pretty easy, I can't believe where i choked though, it was stupid, compared to the other shit I hit that was semi-difficult. Bleh

I'm not trying to sound fanboy-ist or whatever, but these charts are quite superior to their Rock Band counterparts. Like really. And if you thought that slider notes were going to be in here... lol. You're kind of right, there are two on the bass chart and that's it.

also, judging by Dogmatics videos, this pack is the winner. =)

yeah, the violin was unnecessary, but i found the solo to be more playable in this version over the rb one. the rb i basically HAVE to have my overdrive or else i fail. i can do the solo in the gh5 cersion while staying in the green~(both on expert)
