Insulin causes fat deposition and obesity which is caused by carbohydrates. Exercise has no effect on obesity or diabetes. Read Gary Taubes "Good Calories Bad Calories" or search him on youtube. @thewellnesshour you mean everyone who has t2 or a loved one with t2? What other conditions besides heart disease and hypertensive patients does he treat? Are there heart diseases he doesn't treat? What other diseases might he not treat? He's saying he treats lifestyle problem conditions.

I'm very happy for the people he helps. Is there anything specific to the sugar you put on open wounds? When you say disease rather than condition, does disease mean microbes or genetic?
