@bklynAtrain yeah of course he hasnt been trained properly, they let everyone in uniform go off without passing training ..???....as far as slamming in to a wall not being the best option for restraining available, try looking past the tip of your nose, every situation is different, also the wall and floor are also recommended areas for restraint assist.
also there are many ways to assault when handcuffed, someone wishes to view an item at least they should try to view with an understanding

None ever caring what would happen to the individuals they false accused and endangered. Several individuals died or were murdered as they abused members of the public who were unable to defend themselves.

Police in Canada have a greater tendency to beat women and girls. They are more likely to assault an elder these days. The Edmonton Police Services and Alberta Response Model teams are terrorizing elders women and children using the wide open Cross Ministry attack system. The Mental Health at Risk Response teams under EPS Em Chan and Alberta Health Services Cathy Fraser terrorized huge numbers of people assaulting them and arresting them blitzing their homes.

The kid is shrugging away from the officer touching him. Thats just disrepectul, and in no way is it aggressive, dangerous or threatening. As opposed to the officers potential fatal face plant of the kid into the concrete wall. I'm guessing no action was taken re the officer
