@bigtelful (continuing) a biopsy followed, with inconclusive results. A total Thyroidectomy followed, with a subsequent emergency operation, to remove a choking hematoa above the Adams Apple. Further healing will enable neck muscles stimulus to support the arthitic neck. Near future left knee total replacement, will mean a return to financial self-supporting work.
