The Sarah McLachlan School of Music celebrated the opening of its permanent location at 138 E. 7th Ave. on Oct. 27, 2011 with a reception and student performances. The school provides free music lessons to children who could not otherwise afford it.

@Artstudiofm i wish i had a school like this to go to instead of the shitty public high school i went to. now i have to train by myself and hope to god i'm good enough to be successful in music. if i am, i want to open schools like this.

I guess music learning helps a lot with memory- I'd hate to memorize the music to "hold on" and "fear" gulp she has a good band too! Remember to memorize 2000 bible verses because it takes that many to make one of her songs. ;) nowadays I bet. Later
