@LHSCO Umm obviously you no nothing of health, because if you are working out or doing anything that is causing you sweat ALOT, you wouldnt want to drown your body in water. You would want to drink fluids that contains salt/soduim and optionally electrolytes to replenish faster.

Balls to energy drinks...all you need is for a post and pre smoothie
Blend a cup of beetroot juice(nitrates improve performance) coconut water (better than any sports drink for replacing electrolytes and rehydration) a cup of oats, frozen peach, kiwi, mango a drizzle of honey a little milk and a cup of whey protein...bingo all nutrients covered, performance improving and added fuel

@LHSCO You cant get carbohydrates, calories, potassium,or the sugar you need from tap water. If your talking about just a regular day at work then i agree, but if your referring to a hard working athlete then they do way more than a glass of tap water.

I personally like Vitamin water..I wouldn't go working out with it though. I mostly drink it just to drink something other than soda..I would rather go working out with Gatorade. That is a better product without a doubt to go working out with..either that or Powerade.
Vitamin water: When you want a water that will undo all your weight loss work.

Really irritating! All of these products contribute excessively to pollution and do nothing for you that a glass of tap water wouldn't do.
