To the FBI: Why are you allowing the continuous Chemtrail Spraying of our Skys?

Video was taken in Winter Park Florida on 11/17/09; between the morning hours of 0700 - 0800.

The ongoing game with the government agencies in regard to the chemtrail spraying is to play the cowardly role of see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil....and just say everything that is seen in the skys are normal contrails.

Is there anyone amongst the leadership of the FBI who is able to come out and speak the truth freely about the Chemtrail spraying, or are you all a bunch of compromised, oath breaking, traitors?
