Der Plotter wurde durch folgende zusätzliche Komponenten zum Laserlotter umgebaut:
- 1W infrarot Laser
- Laserstift mit der 1W Laserdiode
- Eigenbau Lasertreiber
- unterbrechen des Stift-hebe-signals
- Schalter und Drehgeber für Einstellungen
- zusätzlicher Controller Atmega 8
...- gibt Takt für die Geschwindigkeit des Plotters
...- Ansteuerung des Displays Nokia3310
...- reduziert speed beim Einstechen
...- ....

am besten, man legt eine dünne metallfolie oder ein Blech unter.

coollees teil - genau das brauch ich.. kann man damit auch platinen bearbeiten für smd elektro .... ?

man könnte mit einem UV Laser die Platine belichten, aber das Kupfer bekommt man mit dieser Laserstärke nicht bearbeitet.

Sorry for my non-existent German. Is this craft foam you are cutting? What thickness? I'm cutting 2mm foam (and 3mm if black) with a 200mW 650nm (visible red) laser LED ) at approx 50mm/min (I'd say 5-10 times slower than yours) and wanted to cut 6mm foam for a project but no matter how I slow it down, it never actually cuts 6mm - the material begins to melt instead of evaporating and never burns all the way through. I guess, it's time to upgrade to 1W :)
