  • Wow this lady is awesome! Subscribing for sure.

  • This is so AWESOME! I was looking specifically for a video like this to show my daughter the importance of practicing good posture. this hit he nail on the head. Thanks!

  • great

  • @MrWelsluth - Of course not. Scoliosis is a different case scenario than the unconscious slumping described here. Hopefully you are getting help with your specific back issues - but you are right - awareness is not always the only key needed.

  • Can I take you with me? I feel so much better after adjusting...if I can only keep myself from slipping back!

    thank you...

  • THANK U SOOOOO MUCH!! That is me all the way, and I have noticed on my own that I may need to improve my posture but this reinforced it. I really appreciate this and look forward to more videos! Take care!

  • Good video. When you get a chance check out the National Posture Institute. They have an online educational program called "Certified Posture Specialist" that you might find interesting.

  • thankyou so much for this wonderful vid! it was very informative and I aprreciate your sharing of knowledge so much! Please make more of these that go more in dept with the stretches and whatnot. Once again thankyou! And btw Kaia your hot!

  • This is all true, she pretty much hit the nail on the head..except I don't think she mentioned how having habitually bad posture causes permanent nerve and joint damage and arthritis! The most common problem I hear of is people's discs in their spine wearing out. Its because of years of misuse of the back!

  • Thank you, I'd probably wouldve came in and said the same thing "I need help!" LoL
