@jumpy69 Yeah, if he doesn't want to cook the food a certain way (Never mind that in most businesses, ESPECIALLY restaurants, things are done the way the customers want them, not the idiot staff), I'd have him do custodial work, especially cleaning toilets and scraping gum out of the dumpster!
