Government is the problem, not business. Corporations are a concoction of the government with licensing, regulations, patents, copyrights, and fees to prevent competition. If there is no monopoly of the authorized use of coercion, each can compete and merit wins the day.

I agree to a degree,but the we must also distinguish between entertainers and fortune 500 companies who use

lobbyists,lawyers,government officials,tariffs on competing imports to help them out,and ask for bailouts when their investments

don't work.I as a small business owner receive no such luxuries.

@BlameRepublicans I know it took me forever to get back to this, but I finally figured out how to find this stupid discussion. Let's get to the Great Depression. FDR didn't get us out, the market did; despite all that FDR did. The Supreme Court got us out of it by ruling many of FDR's programs unconstitutional. As far as getting us IN to it, I don't care if it was the GOP or DEMs. It was Gov't that got us into it. Please read or watch Sennholz on The Great Depression. Friedman would be good too.
