1. Create new crossword sized 18 rows x 18 columns
2. Activate grid metering
3. Activate cell mirroring (combined horizontal, vertical and central symmetry)
4. "Draw" clue cells pattern (holding left mouse button and dragging the mouse over the grid)
5. Fill in dummy cells in each corner and draw border of dummy cells
6. Run automatic clue dispersion (make "reasonable" grid without arranging clue cells manually)
7. Deactivate cell mirroring and fine-tune clue cells layout
8. Run automatic crossword content generation
9. Zoom-in clue texts and check credentials
