  • As an Old Gregorian, if the abbey chaurch is going to be locked out from the public include the pupils, though I am in Japan, I will fly to Britain to stop such anti-chiristian ideas. According to the Psalms "Behold, he that keepeth Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." that means the Church should not close its doors to people who need help. If Downside changs its policy i am going to claim this matter to the Cardinal of my Diocese and complain such attitude!

  • maybe i should not as this but i will. What camera did you use. Thanks for this nice vid...

  • i am a pupil at the school and we are no longer allowed to go to services like this anymore. the only time we are allowed in to the abbey without an adult with us is for high mass. this has ripped the soul out of the school!

  • Downside's spirit of prayer is beautiful!

It is a wonderful and uplifting place of beauty, peace and love.

It's community is caring, kind and gentle, it's abbey a beautiful achitectural building, it's offices a deep engament of prayer and worship to God.

    Love it!!

One question......why you recording them? (I'm grateful you did!)
