Hey hun! I wish I could make a video on the process of therapy and such, but I cant due to privacy issues, I am not allowed to make videos in therapy or have my therapist on camera. It sucks, I know but its against the rules and such! Blah! And yes to answer your question, I was hospitalized for my eating disorders 2 times, and it was NOT fun!!! I cried every day I was in the hospital!!! :( I am glad to hear that I can give you hope and strength at the end of the day! That makes me feel awesome!
