DIY: Feather Headbands

this is the PERFECT gift for the giver and receiver! the giver gets to plan out how it looks, and have the fun of making it and being able to be like "look at this spiffy cool headband i made!" while the reciver gets to be like "look at this amazing headband, GUESS WHAT! my best friend/mom/sister/brother/insert.your.own.person.here made it!"

what you need:
feathers
plain headband
hot glue
felt, fabric or foam
scissors
gem of sorts.

thank you and I will. also I think you should do more head band tutorials as well =) Where did you get the peacock feathers because I tried to find some and I couldn't but then again I went to walmart just to chance it and see if they might have them :P
