This is Nathan at 22 Months. I'm documenting his progress through speech therapy to try and help others in the same situation. Nathan is now 2 1/2 years old and was recently diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech. It's not an official diagnosis yet but they are pretty sure that's what he has. They will know more after a couple of months of speech therapy. He started speech 2 months ago and he's making great strides.

  • wow, I hope you guys have got help. You cant ASK him something. When children have apraxia, they can not be put on the spot. Good luck.

  • @mizbe808 We did get help. Nathan is now 4 years old and ended speech therapy in December. He made great strides! Check out my video entitled Nathan 1 Year Later. That's right before he turned 4 singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

  • OH!!!!! I didnt see that you labeled the video with 'Apraxia' and I could tell by watching that he was Apraxic. Ill watch the new video for sure. My middle child just turned two and was diagnosed with the same thing. Its so sad at times to watch him try so hard but to no avail. Thx for responding. Your baby is precious.
