I was standing infront of my mirror putting the finishing touches, a silver necklace.
I smiled at my self in the mirror.
Kevin had called and asked if I wanted to go to a movie with everyone, of course I said yes plus I figured this would be a great time for me to ask Alex something...
I glanced down at the ring on my hand and smiled at it, it was perfect, he was perfect, I feel backwards onto my bed, life was perfect.
For the rest of my life I will never forget about how our first fight he stayed out on the porch all night. I smiled at the thought, I heard the door bell rang and I sat up grabbing my bag and heading for the front door.

Jeremy wasn't home again. I had barely seen him the last few weeks.
I sat my stuff on the kitchen counter and went over to the door picking up the mail.
I flipped through the letters and sat them on the counter without going through all of them.
I glanced around this place was so wierd when it was just me here.
This might sound crazy but I was actually missing Dave's yelling asking where I had been and what I had done, who I was with.
I sighed at the thought.
How life can make a 360 turn.
*flashback*
I sat at the kitchen table picking up spoon fulls of my cereal and dropping it back down into the milk.
"Hey kiddo" Dave said sitting down next to me.
"Morning" I said not taking my eyes off of my breakfast.
"nervous?" he asked and I looked up at him now.
"No!" I said and looked back down at my cereal
"Hey everyones nervous there first day of high-school" he said
"Thats easy for you to say you've been there done that and graduated" I said and he laughed
"Just remember to remember your locker combination, never leave anything laying around, and watch yourself...your gonna be find" he said with a smile and I smiled
"Fine? She's gonna be great!" Jeremy said walking into the kitchen
"Well I think you can drive her" Dave said standing up "I drove you, your turn to drive her" he said with a smile.
I looked up at my two brothers, they were the best, funny, charming, and they knew how to make you feel better no matter what.
"OKay but that leaves one question..." Jeremy said and Dave looked at him confused
"Who gets to beat up the first guy who asks her out?" Jeremy said with a smirk and Dave laughed
"Hey!" I said loudly
"That'll be me" Dave said proudly and Jeremy took a drink of his orange juice shaking his head.
"I don't think so, I can do the honors of that" he said smiling and I rolled my eyes at them smacking my forehead down on the table.
"Sorry boys but that will be my job, I'll let you know if I need backup" I heard my dad say and I looked up
"Dad!" I said and he shrugged
"Hey is a right...all dad have the right" he said pouring a cup of coffee.
"Alright boys you've had your fun" my mom said walking into the kitchen.
*End*
I looked up at the ceiling through blurred eyes.
I could feel tears starting to come and I held them back.
Not this time.
I walked towards my room and crawled onto my bed.
I laid on my side, resting my head on my pillow.
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.
I pulled it out and saw a text from Joe.
I sat the phone down and rolled over to my other side ignoring the phone buzzing again.

Nick and me were waiting for everyone outside the theatre.
"You look great lex" Nick said smiling at me, I blushed looking myself over.
I had on some converses, a pair of jeans, and a blue striped shirt with a black vest.
I had called Rebecca, the best big sis right now for helping me pick this out!
I smiled at Nick
"Thanks you too" I said and he smiled
"Hey lex you know-"
"ALex! Nick!" Cassie said and we both turned to see her. Okay why does she pop up at the worst moments!
"Joe and Kay, and Kevin and KAte are coming too" Nick said quickly as the reached us
"Cool uh why don't we go get tickets and Alex and Duke go get some popcorn" she said with this huge smile, I turned to Nick waiting to see his reaction.
"Hey I'm suppose to buy your ticket" Duke said quickly and Nick smiled
"Alright so me and Duke will get the tickets and you two go get popcorn" he said and they walked away. I turned back to Cassie who was watching them walk away.
I was about to say something when I saw Kevin and Kate hand in hand walking towards us.
"Hey over here!" I said waving them over.
