Another live video of Yoshiki Fukuyama filmed by my friend Shinichi Kataoka at Yokosuka Shoppers Plaza.
This particular tune is a very powerful song about depression. It's one of my favorites by Fukuyama-san.

  • When was this recorded? Wished I had a chance to watch this ; ;. Sometimes I go and eat at the plaza and take the train from there home.

  • My friend recorded this a few years ago - in 2002, if memory serves.

Once in a while, Fukuyama-san will still perform at a local venue like that, but it's very rare these days because his carreer has become so busy.

  • Totally excellent i am most definately getting this guys albums !.

  • i know, for info exchange though, fly away was the original song for try again...

then again, fukuyama perform try again differently compare to fly away and more dynamic...i think

  • I've already uploaded "Fly Away". You can access it from my profile page. "Try Again" is essentially the same song with the words changed slightly for Macross 7.

  • thx for the info...i do wonder if u have more of his live video though...like try again for example :X

  • It did appear shorter for a time back in 2004 when he had the perm because the curl was all tightened up. A few months later when it relaxed again back to his natural curl (like it is in this video), then the length was back as well.

  • i think it got shorten when he just join jam project. (base on the live video of forever and ever)

  • His hair has been about that long since around 1994. It was short when Humming Bird's first album came out in 1991 and grown out quite a bit when the second album came out in early 1993 - but, yeah, this video is post Humming Bird and relatively recent. ^-^

    peace

  • figure shouldnt be long ago...based on his long hair xD
