Gumpert apollo build - Day 2 at Evolution MotorSports

[View in HD] Marc and Jörg from Gumpert in Germany continue working with the team at Evolution MotorSports on the Gumpert apollo for the USA.

John Bray and the team at EVOMS in Tempe, AZ get the Dyno shake down scheduled for today's testing.

This run is not for Horsepower/Torque reading as you have been used to seeing, but for testing the car to assure everything is where it belongs and does what it is supposed to.

Besides, where else can you drive 140mph while watching the engine components!?

And yes... the white numbers on the speedo are MILES per hour... Kilometers are on the inside ring in orange. Today's shake down ranges from 0 - 140.

They Come twin Turbo from the factory. Three HP levels, 650PS, 700PS, 800PS.

789HP in a 2500lb Car is going to be REALLY fast.

From What I Understand, EVOMS is their US factory/assembly center.
