At Cass and Frankie's house, Caroline expresses her surprise to Frankie and Felicia about Cass being a homeowner. Felicia says that Cass loves the house just as much as Frankie does. But Caroline is having trouble seeing Cass with wallpaper and mortgages, to the point that she's almost laughing. Seeing the look on Frankie's face, Caroline adds that she could be wrong. Felicia gives an obviously fake laugh and says, "Yeah, you could be." Caroline has to get going because she has a date, and she offers Felicia a lift, but Felicia declines so she can stay at the house with Frankie after Frankie says she'll give Felicia a ride. Frankie thanks Caroline for the ride, and after Caroline leaves, Frankie tells Felicia she has some tofu ice cream in the fridge. Felicia says maybe later, but Frankie wants to dive right in. Felicia asks if Caroline bothered Frankie. Frankie says she didn't. Felicia then asks why it took Frankie roughly 8 minutes to show Caroline the entire house.
"Because she bothers me!" Frankie exclaims.
"Good, now we're getting someplace," Felicia says. The ladies sit on the window seat as Frankie frets that Caroline could be right about Cass. He's no handyman, and maybe he harnessed himself into this house because he knows how much Frankie loves it. What if he doesn't really want to be here? Felicia tells Frankie that Caroline is a sad, lonely lady who would sell her right arm or probably any other part of her body to live in this house with Cass. Since she's not healthy enough to just say that to Frankie, she has to take crummy little shots at Frankie's happiness. Frankie admits that Felicia is right. Felicia says yes, she is right. It's sad, but she's right. Frankie says that she's happy. Felicia says she knows Frankie's happy, and so is Cass.
"You know," Frankie says, "I was at that party, and I was looking at all of these beautiful women, and suddenly it hit me: he wants to be with me! I mean, that man has played every field."
"Oh yeah, he went pro a long time ago," Felicia agrees.
"And he wants to be with me," Frankie says with a smile.
"Yeah," Felicia agrees, also smiling.
"He wants to marry me and live in this house with me," Frankie says.
"So, is everything all right?" Felicia asks.
"Everything's all right," Frankie replies.
"You're sure about that?" Felicia asks.
"I'm sure about that," Frankie replies.
"Good," Felicia says. "So let's have the tofu."
They head for the kitchen for the ice cream then, but before they get there, a big chunk of plaster falls out of the living room ceiling and hits the floor with a thud, and Felicia tells Frankie to think Anthony. Frankie says Anthony will be her new mantra, and they go for the ice cream.

Not so crazy about the parade of old girlfriends but I love this clip, Amy! Love how Felicia has Frankie's back when it comes to Caroline and how Frankie realizes that she is the one Cass has chosen to spend his life with. I can just watch it again and again. Thanks so much for these clips.
