I'm the person who has been in the Internet Cafe. he come and beg me saying I don't have Birr let me use Internet by giving me condom I told him I can't barter internet for condom but when he beg me again & again I let him use for 5min but he know we are not bartering service by condom&i never Expect he will do such kind of crime to me my work place and largly to my mother country
