I want to get a saluki, but i have my own cat who is very scared of dogs. Do you think this is a good idea? (the cat is quite large, and i'll be getting the saluki as a puppy...

Jade had been with the cat since a puppy, and the cat had always been around dogs, so we knew they wouldn't harm each other. I don't know about your case, I'm no expert. I guess it depends on if your cat can get used to a puppy being around, perhaps a puppy isn't as scary to the cat as a full grown dog?
