Looking at this game, even though it's blitz. It's easy to tell that they are dan level in strength. To what degree I cannot tell from such a fast game.

This a "blitz" version of the game. It has to be played in a limited and very short time. A few minutes instead of the couple of hours in the traditional game.
The players are at a national championship level.
