  • Good video! Now you need to turn the tables on her and make HER do it LOL.

  • @nasaguy - Funny you say that...McKerrin is a great friend and I've done exactly that with her. She works out hard!

  • OK . . . so that seems completely ridiculous, but I know you Peter! You're fit! The fact that it had you working so hard so fast makes me think that it's only ridiculous as long as you stand on the sidelines and laugh at it. Going to have to make a go of it, and see what happens. Fascinating. Thanks for another cool topic!

  • Thanks for watching! I am pretty fit but could be better and I've been able to maintain the fitness level I do have because of Super Slow. I've been doing it for three years once a week and rarely doing anything else...it has kept me strong with hardly any time or repeatedly going to the gym when I'm really busy.

  • MedX ,RenEx ,Superslow ,& SuperSlow-retrofitted Nautilus must be used for SuperSlow: Designed for low-friction, correct resistance on the muscle through each rep, but the subject must maintain a steady speed through the rep to make that true. The slower you go, UP TO A POINT, the more you're able to maintain a steady speed, (thus, optimal resistance): The safer & more effective the set is. Subjects should NEVER injure themselves doing a strength workout. This is the workout you can do for life.

  • This is awesome Peter.

  • McKerrin, nice!

  • it's great example of how to keep perfect form ... the slower the move, the more intensity, and the more muscle fibres that come into play ...

even if your a traditional weight lifter, and always will be, it's a great option for a 2-4-6 week block to get out of a plateau ...

great video and thank you ...

    :)
