wow that was a texas a&M taught course? i don't feel bad now. I've experienced some terrible data structures professors as well - and it does not help that it is one of the most important and toughest courses part of the computer science curriculum *sigh*

Amen to that, I have taken 5 programming classes, ended up dropping 2 of them because teaching strategies used were completely retarded... I have found that some of the personal web based tutorials on here are quite helpful, while shit like this with a teacher standing at a blackboard doesn't help.. All computer science should be taught in front of a computer. I go to Ohio State, one of the top five largest universities in the US, and they fail to do this.

I thought it was horrible. The title says data structures and he is babbling about inheritance... well, yeah, it is related, but the title is misguiding. And wow, I just realized that the video was just a minute and a half and nearly enough to send me to slumberland. Imagine that on a monday morning at 8 o'clock... awful ^^

I'm sure this is a great video but I found it rather hard to view as well as understand what the instructor is saying (note I do have hearing problems ;-)
Having a camera closer to the white board would be a great help. Thanks
