Ms. Waters was so upset, that she gave away the Democratic agenda. Ironically, it didn't stop anyone from voting for the Democrates, including citizens who are rebublicans & ind. Congress did it to themselves when they empowered lobbists to influence senators and rep. in both houses on both sides of the aisle. We are paying for OVER 8 yrs of indiscretion because this mess can be clearly traced as far back as the second term of the Clinton admin. and the deregulations of banks and other areas.
