So yeah, a little nontraditional from the Dr Simmeons food protocol, but with 30lbs dropped (official today) I just say you do you, and I'll do me (haha)

He's definitely not following the protocol but he still manged to lose 30 pounds. Gives me some hope!! I don't like the protocol foods but I've been trying to follow it.

Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my brother in law got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

You need to re read the hcg protocol - this is not it. The object is not to eat low calorie foods... the object is to only eat the approved foods that work together for a reason.

Have you considered DietOramy diet plan? Have you seen of this? I have identified it randomly googling for advice and this info is nothing less than astounding... I am burning my unwanted body weight and I'm sensing in top condition.

I think its great that you are or have changed your eattign habits but you need to let go of all that processed food. Eat more greens and whole foods and lean meats...of course tons of water...thank god for the strawberries...right. I wish you all the luck!

Im so confused by this video...how are salad dressing, sour cream, whip cream, and all the other condiments part of your meals??? None of those are part of protocol for the 500 calories a day meal plan. The tortillas ?? Chocolate syrup?? sugar....preservatives galore..

The HCG Diet Drops r a rip off, it helps u lose pound while ur using it but right after u stop the pounds come bak nd its unhealthy. Ask ur Doc. Ive used HTC nd returned it nd i still haven't gotten my money back every tim i cal they hang up or transfer me nd i waited 3 hrs. This is just a way for them to gain money. dont buy this produce because you will not keep the pounds off, its unhealthy, and the service is unfriendly and they will never give you back your money.
