  • CEOs report to the board of directors already. As for a poll of workers if they don't like the job they are in there are options out there and they can get another job. They hold even more power if they hold stock in the company and influence the company there through the annual stock holders meetings and such. So the ideas that you suggest are already really in place.

  • cut off in mid vid both times, idk why. But it'a all fine and dandy for them to find a new job, but if you don't improve life for the workers, and get opinions from them, often people who can't afford stock, then you're only improving the top. and that'll just make the rich richer and the poor, poorer.
