Yep it happened to us today! 1 hrs with a Call center where the girl was lovely but she spoke english too fast in India and then my bf got really annoyed having to repeat things over and over again and still not be understood!!!!!!! BT is awful!!!!

BT are the main phone/broadband in the UK all lines come off from them

You can call 08001693090 opt 4 then opt 3 for onebill customers and no options for billing and payments for non-onebill customers.
or do an email.
