This exercises is a great stabilizer for knee and ankle. It gives you power to get a higher pop and is great for core, balance and cardio as well. It doesn't get more complete than this.
Jump from side to side and land with a straight back on the foot to which side you jumped. The other foot goes behind to counter balance as you through the weight out to the side. Try and practice slowly without any weight to start with.
