@smsashkenaz that's interesting they served it differently to when we were there. I don't remember them grating anything onto the plate or anything. The liquorice was just in the coating around the salmon and it was a very faint flavour.

@TEMPHUiBIS its usually £120 for a 13 piece tasting course, but is can go up to £150 for the full course

@TEMPHUiBIS There served us 16 different dishes over about 2.5 hours.
